Robert Schwartzman, the director behind the critically acclaimed documentary about the British invasion band The Zombies, has announced his next project. During a Q&A meeting at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles, Schwartzman revealed that his next documentary will be about Las Vegas legend Wayne Newton.

Newton has also acted in several films, including "License to Kill" and "The Adventures of Ford Fairlane."
Schwartzman’s Documentary
Schwartzman’s documentary about The Zombies, "Hung Up on a Dream," premiered at SXSW in 2023 and has since been released on Apple TV+, Amazon, and Altavod. The film follows the story of the British invasion band, known for hits like "She’s Not There" and "Time of the Season." The Zombies were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2019.
Upcoming Release from The Zombies
In related news, The Zombies have announced that they will be releasing a remastered mono version of their 1967 album "Odessey and Oracle" on September 26 via Beechwood Park Records. The album is regularly ranked as one of the greatest rock albums of all time.
