Golin will be overseeing a team that includes Sam Riddle, now SVP/Head of Digital Marketing; Will Morrow, promoted to SVP/Head of Viral Marketing; and three leading Vice Presidents of Marketing Strategy and Operations: Jesse Ervin, TJ Landig, and Shawnae Corbett-Rice. Chester has also overseen changes to the company’s trade department, which is led by Senior VPs Axel Hyge and Dave Edwards.
Reaction to the Restructuring
"Mike Chester has played a crucial role in bringing new life and energy to this company," said Tom Corson, co-chairman and COO of Warner Records. "With the revamp of our marketing and trade teams, he is helping us achieve a completely new level of growth and success." The restructuring has resulted in the departure of three managers: Dionnee Harper, EPP of Marketing & Artist Development; Josh Remsberg, SVP and Managing Director; and Kristine Ripley, VP of Artist Development.
Departing Managers
Chester expressed his gratitude to the departing managers, saying, "I would like to thank Dionnee, Josh, and Kristine for their commitment to this company and its artists. We wish each of them the best in the next chapter of their journey."

Round Hill Music Acquires Rights to Classic Songs
Round Hill Music has acquired the master and publishing rights to Modern English’s iconic 1982 single "I Melt with You" and the publishing rights of respected producer Vini Poncia. The company has also acquired the rights to songs by rock legends Kiss, Beatles drummer Ringo Starr, and British singer-songwriter Leo Sayer.
Acquiring Timeless Music
"In their own way, Modern English and Vini Poncia have produced timeless music that has had a lasting influence for many decades," said Josh Gruss, CEO of Round Hill. "With Round Hill’s focus on proven music with proven commercial performance and further growth potential, this acquisition is particularly exciting for me on a personal level, as Modern English was the first concert I ever attended at the age of nine."
