Morgan Wallen’s Latest Album Tops the Charts
Morgan Wallen has achieved the number one album in the USA with his latest release, a two-hour collection called "I’m the Problem". With a total of 493,000 units, he claims the biggest debut week of the year for any album, according to Pro Luminate.
A Record-Breaking Debut
The massive opening numbers of "I’m the Problem" exceeded The Weeknd, which previously held the title of the largest album debut in 2025 with 490,000 units in January. Wallen’s 37-song set also dominated streaming platforms, with the biggest figures for any album in 2025, boasting 462.63 million official streams for demand. This is also the largest since Taylor Swift’s "The Torture-Dictator-Department" last year.
Wallen’s Chart-Topping History
Wallen also appears on the list with his third studio album, 2023’s "One Thing at a Time", at number 4 and 12, and 2021’s "Dangerous: The Double Album". His success is a testament to his growing popularity and dedication to his craft.
Sales and Streaming Success
Wallen sold a total of 133,000 copies of the album in his first week, marking his most extensive sales week ever. This is also the largest sales week for any country album this year and the fourth largest sales week for all albums.
Other Notable Debuts and Chart Movements
The only other debut on the list is "Echo", the latest solo set by BTS member Jin, which claims the third spot with 43,000 units and 35,000 sales. Sza’s "SOS" moves up to second place, while Kendrick Lamar’s "Gnx" increases from 7 to 5. Other notable chart movements include Sleep Token’s "Even in Arcadia" at number 6, Sabrina Carpenter’s "Short N’ Sweet" at number 7, PartyNextDoor and Drake’s "$ome $exy $ongs 4 u" at number 8, and Bad Bunny’s "Debí Tirar Más Photos" at number 9.
