The film is currently being directed by Anne Zohra Berrached, Neus Ballús, Stina Wernefels, and Anna Jadowska in Poland, Germany, and Spain.

The film is produced internationally by Spanish Alhena production, Germany’s Bon Voyage films, the Switzerland-Turnus film, and Poland’s Blick Productions. Beta Cinema’s acquisition of the film follows its premiere selection of Fatih Akin’s "Amrum", Bill Nighy-guided street film "500 Miles", Spanish debut "The Remains of Them", and Italian comedy "US Palmse".
