The 76th Berlin International Film Festival will take place from February 12th to 22nd, 2026. This prestigious event has confirmed the participation of members from the British and international film industry, who will also be attending the BAFTA Film Awards on Sunday, February 22nd.
Festival Schedule and Events
The festival schedule includes the European Film Market in Berlin, which will run from February 11th to 18th next year. Additionally, the Berlinale Co-Production Market will take place from February 14th to 17th, while the Berlinale Talents event will be held from February 13th to 18th. The World Cinema Fund day is scheduled for February 17th.
A New Era for the Festival
This will be the first time since 2020 that the Berlinale and the BAFTAs will not be held on the same day, marking a new era for both events.
