Winter Events in Wolverhampton

Introduction to Winter Warmth and Wellness Sessions

Wolverhampton’s libraries will be hosting a series of events to bring communities together over the colder months. The winter warmth and wellness sessions will take place between December 4th and January 27th at venues across the city.

Purpose of the Sessions

Councilor Bhupinder Ghakal, from Wolverhampton City Council, said they would give people “a chance to come together” and take part in activities that promote their wellbeing.

Activities and Events

The sessions will include hot drinks, mindfulness activities, board games, crafts and puzzles, the local authority said. These activities are designed to promote social interaction and community building, helping to combat loneliness and isolation during the winter months. By providing a welcoming and inclusive environment, the libraries aim to support the mental and emotional wellbeing of local residents.
