Introduction to Motion Picture Exchange

Motion Picture Exchange (MPX) is making a splash at the Toronto International Film Festival with a slate of exciting new titles. Among these titles is the Gen Z drama "Everything There Is", which features Mena Suvari and Jason Priestley. This film tells the story of a troubled teenager whose life is turned upside down after a tragedy involving her best friend, and she becomes obsessed with a controversial science fiction film.

New Slate of Films

The new slate of films from MPX includes a horror thriller called "Krybaby Bridge", starring Sydney Mikayla, Erik King, Kevin Breznahan, and Lorencia Lozano. This film follows a pregnant teenager who moves to a new town with her family, only to discover that it is haunted by a local legend. Another film, "A Winter Song", is a heartwarming story about an aspiring singer who loses her creative spark after her father’s death and finds love and redemption in Armenia.

More Thrilling Titles

MPX is also showcasing the science fiction thriller "Insulation", which follows a rogue soldier who takes on redemption missions to avoid conviction and finds himself lost in space between broken worlds and memories. Additionally, the company is featuring "Bad Voodoo", a film about grieving parents who turn to voodoo to seek revenge for the death of their daughters. Other titles include the bear survival thriller "Grizzly Night", the horror film "It Feeds" starring Ashley Greene, and "Just Breathe".

MPX’s Exciting Lineup

According to MPX’s Mat Levy, the company is thrilled to be offering such a stellar lineup of genre content to its partners. Levy expressed enthusiasm for the company’s ability to fulfill the needs of both old and new partners, with some exciting surprises still to be unveiled at the TIFF market. With such a diverse and exciting range of films, MPX is sure to make a big impact at the festival.
