Introduction to Summer Getaways

The summer season is here, and what better way to enjoy it than with a stylish getaway to the Hamptons? For those who want to escape the city and experience the ultimate in luxury and convenience, there are several options available.

Traveling in Style with Blade

Blade offers four seasonal passes for a high summer in the Hamptons, available from May 22nd to September 2nd. For frequent travelers, the Summer Pass gives unlimited flights between Manhattan and the East End, as well as airports in the NYC region, on board one of the company’s amphibious aircraft or Bell 407 helicopters for $18,000. This means you can take the family to the beach in the morning, meet the office in Manhattan, and be back for sunset cocktails without any additional costs or stress.

Blade also offers a summer pass worth $4,450, which locks in the flight price between NYC and the Hamptons at $795. With the XCEL helicopter or the company’s Aqua water plane, you can reach one of your six Hamptons destinations. Additionally, Blade has special offers for Southampton and Montauk airports.

Cruising the Waters with Yacht Hampton

Once you arrive in the Hamptons, the fun doesn’t have to stop. For a unique and exciting experience, head to Yacht Hampton in Sag Harbor, where Joe Ialacci has an impressive selection of boats available for rent. There’s a 16-foot Fiat boat for hoses (from $799), a brand new 22-foot pink "Barbie" boat perfect for bachelorette parties or a day with friends (from $799), and even a blue Ken boat for the guys. Ialacci has added 10 new models this season and is also creating a "water kingdom" of floating toys.

Luxury Charters with Royal Yacht Charter

Not everyone wants to rent a boat, and that’s where Royal Yacht Charter comes in. This sub-the-radar service offers a range of luxury yachts for charter, including a 12-passenger Hincley Talaria 44 Jet Boat, which retails for around $3.6 million. The trip from NYC or Greenwich to the Hamptons takes around three hours, with a scenic stop for lunch, and can be tailored to your specific needs.

Helicopter Charters with Heliflite

For the ultimate in luxury and convenience, consider chartering your own helicopter with Heliflite. With the largest fleet of helicopters on the East Coast, Heliflite offers a range of options, including Sikorsky S-76S and nine-passenger Leonardo AW139S helicopters. The introductory lifting step package offers prepaid flight time at lower, locked-in prices, guaranteeing a helicopter will be waiting to take you to Southampton, East Hampton, or Montauk. The plan starts at $89,500 (approximately $2,500 per passenger per trip on a native seat), and the convenience and time-saving are priceless.
