Introduction to Heidi Klum’s Halloween Party
Heidi Klum stunned her fans with an incredibly elaborate costume for Halloween 2025. The 52-year-old model is known for her starry Halloween parties, colloquially known as “Heidiween.” This year she was pictured dressed as the snake-haired Greek Gorgon Medusa, wearing elaborate makeup and prosthetics to achieve the look.
Celebrity Attendees and Their Costumes
Musician Tom Kaulitz, Klum’s husband, completed the couple’s costume by dressing up as a man who had been turned to stone by Medusa’s gaze. Other celebrities in attendance included rapper Ice-T and TV personality Coco Austin, Joy Star Darren Criss, and musician Questlove.
Notable Costumes
Ice-T arrived wearing a red bodysuit and holding a bloody cleaver. His wife Austin wore a costume based on the doll from the horror film Chucky. Darren Criss dressed up as the Scottish ogre Shrek from the hit children’s film series, wearing green face paint and a prosthetic nose. His wife Mia Swier came dressed as Puss in Boots, Shrek’s sidekick.
Impressive Outfits
One of the most impressive outfits was worn by Love Island USA Season 7 winner Amaya Espinal, who portrayed the role of one of the alien Na’vi from James Cameron’s science fiction film Avatar. X-Men Star Famke Janssen channeled Sally Bowles, the lead character from the musical Cabaret, with her outfit for the event.
Unique Costume Choices
Amelia Dimoldenberg wore a costume inspired by Lily Allen and David Harbour’s divorce, dressing up as Harbour’s Stranger Things character while listening to Allen’s album on her phone. Meanwhile, Unpolished Gemstones star Julia Fox received criticism for her choice of Halloween costume, dressing up as Jackie Kennedy immediately after the assassination of husband John F. Kennedy.
Defense of Costume Choices
Fox defended her costume choice on Instagram, stating that she was making a statement about trauma, power, and how femininity itself is a form of resistance. She explained that Jackie Kennedy’s decision not to change her bloodstained clothes after the assassination was an act of extraordinary bravery and a powerful juxtaposition of beauty and terror.
