Emirates Increases Flights to London Heathrow
Emirates Airline, based in Dubai, is adding six weekly flights to its London Heathrow schedule starting from October 26, 2025. This increase in flights is part of the airline’s winter schedule, which aims to provide more comfort and convenience to travelers, especially during the end-of-year period.
Flight Schedule and Aircraft
The additional flights will operate on all days except Fridays during the winter season, using the Boeing 777-300 aircraft with over 350 seats in a three-class configuration, including First, Business, and Economy classes. Emirates already operates six daily flights to London Heathrow, all of which are served by its flagship Airbus A380.
Connections and Destinations
The overnight flights from London Heathrow to Dubai offer convenient connections to various destinations such as Durban, Phuket, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Jakarta. On the other hand, flights to London Heathrow provide travelers with connections to cities in West Asia, including Ahmedabad, Lahore, Maldives, Hyderabad, and Chennai, as well as Beijing and Shanghai on the Chinese mainland and several points within the Middle East, including Bahrain, Dammam, and Riyadh.

- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday: Departure at 1:40 p.m., arrival at 5:40 p.m.
- Thursday: Departure at 12:55 p.m., arrival at 4:55 p.m.
- EK42 (London Heathrow to Dubai):
- Monday, Wednesday, Sunday: Departure at 10:35 a.m., arrival the next day at 9:35 a.m.
- Tuesday, Saturday: Departure at 9:20 p.m., arrival at 8:20 a.m.
- Thursday: Departure at 9:20 p.m., arrival at 8:20 a.m.

Expanded Services
The increased frequencies at Emirates’ London hubs, including London Heathrow and London Gatwick, will bring the airline’s weekly services to 90 flights by the beginning of next year. Furthermore, from February 8, 2026, Emirates will operate a fourth daily flight to London Gatwick using its latest aircraft, the Airbus A350. By February 2026, Emirates will serve the UK with 146 weekly flights across its three London airports (London Heathrow, Gatwick, and Stansted) and other regional gateways, including Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, Glasgow, and Edinburgh.
