Introduction to Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba – The film: Infinity Castle has become a massive cash success after its release in cinemas. The question on the minds of most fans is: "When will it come to streaming?" Fortunately, Crunchyroll has addressed this question, but the answer may not satisfy fans. According to Crunchyroll’s Executive Vice President of Global Commerce, Mitchel Berger, Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle will not be available on any streaming platforms in 2025. The only way to watch the anime film is in cinemas.

Statement from Mitchel Berger

Berger stated, "Go see Demon Slayer Infinity Castle in theaters because the theater is the only place where you can see this film in 2025. If you want to see it, see it in theaters because this is the only place where it will be available." This statement confirms that fans will have to wait until 2026 for the film to be released on streaming platforms.

About Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle

Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle is the second Demon Slayer film, adapted from the first half of the final fighter arc, the "Infinity Castle" arc. The film has generated over $555 million at the global box office and is now the second-highest-grossing film in Japan. It has also surpassed Demon Slayer: Mugen Train’s worldwide gross of $506 million, making it the highest-grossing Demon Slayer film in the franchise. Currently, Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle is ranked the 9th highest-grossing film of 2025, surpassing Marvel Studios’ The Fantastic Four: First Steps, Captain America: Brave New World, and Thunderbolts, and is just below Mission: Impossible – The Last Billing.

Where to Stream the Demon Slayer Anime

Demon Slayer is a dark fantasy anime series based on Koyoharu Gotouge’s manga series of the same name. The story follows Tanjiro Kamado, who becomes a demon slayer after his family’s death, and his sister Nezuko, who is transformed into a demon. The anime is primarily available to stream on Crunchyroll, which houses all four seasons and the first film, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train. However, if you don’t have access to Crunchyroll, Demon Slayer is also available to stream on other platforms, including Toonami (dub), Netflix (sub and dub), Vudu (sub and dub), Apple TV (sub and dub), and Hulu (sub and dub).

Current Availability of Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba – The Movie: Infinity Castle is currently showing in cinemas. Although there is no official release date for when the film will be available on streaming services, it is expected to be released on streaming platforms in 2026.
