The first program will focus on increasing the representation of Latinas in leadership roles and expanding access to education to promote social change. From September 2025 to July 2026, the program will support careers in areas such as law and municipal council in New York. The participants will primarily be first-generation college students who face systemic obstacles to university education but stand out for their drive and commitment to growth.
