Introduction to Justin Bieber’s New Album

Justin Bieber has released "Swag II", a follow-up to his surprise album, which was announced less than 24 hours prior to its release. This new album comes after his previous surprise album, which was released in July with similarly little warning.

Album Details

The new record, "Swag II", contains 23 songs and features guest appearances from notable artists such as Tems, Lil B, Bakar, Hurricane Chris, and Eddie Benjamin. The album was initially released on YouTube Music after midnight, before becoming available on other streaming services.

Release Delay and Announcement

Justin Bieber took to Instagram to address the delay in the album’s release, stating "I’m sorry that they told me for a second." He had previously announced the upcoming arrival of the album on Instagram, confirming that it would be released at midnight. Bieber also promoted the album by posting photos from the studio in the months leading up to its release, hinting that he was working on new music.

Background and Previous Work

Bieber’s previous album, "Swag", was released with 21 tracks and featured guest appearances by Gunna, Sexyy Red, Druki, Dijon, Lil B, Cash Cobain, Eddie Benjamin, and Marvin Winans. Bieber worked on the production of "Swag" alongside contributors such as Tobias Jesso Jr., Carter Lang, Dylan Wiggins, Daniel Caesar, Mk.Gee, Daniel Chetrit, Knox Fortune, and more.

Chart Performance

The initial "Swag" album debuted at number two on the Billboard 200 and marked Bieber’s largest streaming week to date. The album’s singles, "Gänseblümchen", "Yukon", and "First Place", also performed well on the Billboard Hot 100, reaching second, eighth, and 52nd place respectively.

Listening to "Swag II"

"Swag II" is now available to stream, and fans can listen to the new album below. With its release, "Swag II" adds to the total number of tracks from the "Swag" series, bringing the total to 44 songs. The new album is likely to be a continuation of the pop-oriented sound that Bieber has been working on, and fans are excited to hear the new music.
