The Cast and Characters
The film features an ensemble cast, including Margot Robbie as Cathy and Jacob Elordi as Heathcliff. Hong Chau will play the role of Nelly Dean, while Alison Oliver and Shazad Latif will portray Isabella Linton and Edgar Linton, respectively. Owen Cooper and Charlotte Mellington will also appear in the film, playing the roles of teenage Heathcliff and young Catherine. Additionally, Vy Nguyen will play the role of younger Nelly Dean, who serves as the primary narrator in the original novel.

Netflix offered $150 million for the project, but the filmmakers ultimately accepted Warner Bros.’ offer of $80 million. The film is financed by MRC, produced by Robbie’s Luckychap, and will be distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures. It is set to be released in theaters worldwide on February 13, 2026.
