Introduction to Amanat Holding’s Recent Sale

Amanat Holding, a leading investment company in the healthcare system, has sold the real estate assets of the North London Collegiate School for 435 million dh to a third-party buyer. The buyer will bear the fee for property tax (VAT) and the Dubai (DLD) country department.

Details of the Sale

The transfer of the property and the input of the funds are expected to take place in the third quarter of 2025. Amanat Holding expects the sale to make a profit for the company, which is in line with the strategic goal of creating value for shareholders and concentrating on core investments in healthcare and education.

Impact on the Company

The sale is part of Amanat Holding’s plan to focus on its core investments and offer added value to shareholders. The company’s revenue in the first quarter of 2025 rose by 13 percent to 240.7 million dh compared to the previous year, due to a strong performance in education, which increased by 23 percent compared to the previous year.

Amanat Holding continues to focus on offering shareholders added value and continuing its monetarization plan for education. The demand for real estate assets related to education is growing exponentially in Dubai, and the company is well-positioned to take advantage of this trend. According to Dr. Shamsheer Vayalil, chairman of Amanat, the company will continue to focus on its core investments and create value for shareholders.
