Summer Prints

Flowers are now practically synonymous with summer cladding. But as the devil Pradas Miranda Priestly once said, flowers are not exactly "groundbreaking".

Beyond Florals

If you are fed up with wearing simple white or ditsy flowers and wanting something less predictable – Gingham, pats and unusual stripes are big patterns for sport this summer. But what is the best way to style them?

Gingham

Gingham is such a timeless summer food, but it’s pretty difficult to keep it chic than childish. The trick is to know where this line is. Silhouettes must be slimmer and stay away from a wealth of ruffles. Softer fabrics can definitely help move the sound when it comes to gingham, how Shakka’s founder Lucy Macnamara notes: "Gingham can feel nostalgically, but the key to adults is in the silhouette and styling.

Retro Vintage

Nostalgic prints are difficult – because you can feel either cool and timeless or completely out of date. While the eighties achieved a comeback this year, Chintz, inspired in Mario Buatta, did not quite come back into fashion. This season, the Runway inspired the rock scene of the 1970s and eighties, with animal prints in the form of snake, tiger and cow domination collections.

Polka Dots

The polka dot is to return this year as a fixed favorite. Last year loved by the Princess of Wales, this playful print dominated the high street with pretty mokka dresses inspired by women. Once only reserved for the Sloane Ranger, the polka point shaken its neat reputation and showed up with more fashion flair.

Bayadere and Organic Stripes

Stripes never really disappear, but they have loosened this summer. This season there is a layering of different patrol schools and the use of more irregular stripes. It is a wonderful androgynia when wearing stripes are striking, noticeable, but timeless.

The Most Flattering Prints

The question of what is "flattering" often occurs when it comes to prints. While you should wear the pressure in which you feel best, some can work better than others. Paisleys flatters in all forms. I would stay away from excessive large, bold printing if you feel body-conscious. Lower prints can create movement and stretching.

Mixing Prints

The revival of the pressure of the pressure in the seventy style can be very cool, but definitely requires a certain degree of conviction. This is a "More is more" trend. There are no rules – so much fun and just make it. However, if you want a somewhat more strategic approach, the trick is to consistently keep the color palette consistently. Soft terracotta, blush, sand […] Play with scale – combine a brave, greater pressure with a finer, more delicate. For the uninitiated, a printed blouse with a patterned scarf or headband can be a subtle way.
