Volunteering to Help Those in Need

Sjanet works for a foundation that helps disabled children and also volunteers to assist people with debt problems. She saw an advertisement in her local newspaper and registered as a volunteer, which led her to meet Premium, a person in need of help.

How It Began

Before being connected, it was checked whether they would be a good match. Fortunately, they clicked, and Sjanet found Premium to be a very sweet person who was open to talking and learning despite her physical pain.

Premium shared her physical and financial situation with Sjanet, who helped her with tasks such as searching for outstanding debts, opening letters, and calling authorities. Sjanet also assisted with everyday tasks like setting up bank apps and finding experts.

A Helping Hand

Sjanet emphasized the importance of not judging Premium’s situation, but rather being there to help and support her. She believed that it was crucial for Premium to feel comfortable and not ashamed of her circumstances.

A Year of Progress

About a year after they met, Premium’s debts were almost paid off, and her outlook on life had improved significantly. Although she still faced physical challenges and was waiting for an operation, she was grateful to have her bills under control.

Premium had also come to accept her illness and was no longer afraid to ask for help. She considered Sjanet a true friend and appreciated her ongoing support and optimism.

A Message of Hope

Premium wanted to spread the message that seeking help is not something to be ashamed of. She hoped that others would learn from her experience and not hesitate to ask for assistance when needed. With Sjanet’s help, Premium had found a sense of relief and was now eager to help others in similar situations.
