The winter warmth and wellness sessions will take place between December 4th and January 27th at venues across the city.<\/p>\n<h2>Purpose of the Sessions<\/h2>\n<p>Councilor Bhupinder Ghakal, from Wolverhampton City Council, said they would give people \u201ca chance to come together\u201d and take part in activities that promote their wellbeing.<\/p>\n<h2>Activities and Events<\/h2>\n<p>The sessions will include hot drinks, mindfulness activities, board games, crafts and puzzles, the local authority said. These activities are designed to promote social interaction and community building, helping to combat loneliness and isolation during the winter months.
