Neon has acquired the rights to distribute the new thriller film, "A Place in Hell", starring Michelle Williams, Daisy Edgar-Jones, and Andrew Scott. The film is directed by Chloe Domont, who previously directed the 2023 Sundance hit, "Fair Play".<\/p>\n
Neon will be distributing the film in theaters across the USA and will co-finance the project with MRC and Republic Pictures. Republic Pictures will handle international sales, while T-Street will also be involved in the production.<\/p>\n
The production of "A Place in Hell" has recently wrapped up in New Jersey. The film is a thriller that follows the story of two women who work at a top-class criminal law firm.<\/p>\n
Chloe Domont’s previous film, "Fair Play", premiered at Sundance in 2023 and was acquired by Netflix for $20 million. The film starred Phoebe Dynevor and Alden Ehrenreich as a high-flying trading couple who become embroiled in a cutthroat game of cat and mouse.<\/p>\n
The acquisition deal was negotiated by Alison Cohen, Emily Thomas, and Jeff Deutchman for Neon, and Peter McPartlin for Republic Pictures.
