The film opened with an estimated $51.0 million in North America and the same amount in 74 international markets, bringing the total to $102.0 million. This makes it the top film at the global box office for the weekend.<\/p>\n<p>The success follows hot on the heels of Warner Bros\/Legendary Pictures&#8217; A Minecraft Film (now at $928.6 million worldwide) and Warner Bros&#8217; Sinner ($316.8 million). Final Destination: Bloodlines revived the franchise after a 14-year hiatus and has already overtaken the lifetime box office of Final Destination 2 ($90.9 million) and is set to overtake the franchise launcher Final Destination ($112.9 million).<\/p>\n<h3>&#8216;Thunderbolts*&#8217; and &#8216;Sinner&#8217; Pass $300 Million Worldwide<\/h3>\n<p>Disney\/Marvel&#8217;s Thunderbolts<em> and Warner Bros&#8217; Sinner both passed the $300 million mark at the global box office over the weekend. It added another \u20ac434,000 ($487,000) in its second week and \u20ac222,000 ($247,000) in its third week, bringing its total to \u20ac1.4 million ($1.6 million).<\/p>\n<p>The film is set to open in Australia and New Zealand and will be released in the UK and Ireland on May 30th. The Salt Path tells the story of a British couple who lost everything and set out on a wild camping hike along the 630-mile South West Coast Path in England.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8216;Karate Kid: Legends&#8217; Hits $11.5 Million in Latin America<\/h3>\n<p>Sony&#8217;s early rollout of Karate Kid: Legends in 12 Latin American markets has seen the film earn an estimated $4.0 million in its second week, bringing its total to $11.5 million. The film is running 18% ahead of the previous Karate Kid film (2010) in the same markets at the same stage of release.<\/p>\n<p>Karate Kid: Legends is the sixth film in the franchise and follows the television series Cobra Kai (2018-2025).
